Shipping & Delivery
Our laser products are all shipped via either DHL or UPS usually within 2 days. All units are tested before shipment. We pack the lasers very carefully. Should there be any damage during transit. It is very rare for a package to be damaged or lost during transit. If you suspect damage of your unit ALWAYS take pictures and report the damage immediately. Be sure to mark that damage is suspected on the receiving documents.
Additionally, we offer guaranteed shipping times for those customers who absolutely have to have a guaranteed arrival date. Please inquire with our sales or shipping department for the surcharge on this service.

Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. In some cases, you may be offered an "Instant refund" option.
If you want to use your refund without waiting for your return to process, you can select the instant refund option, if it's available. Instant refunds are either refunded to your credit card or paypal, depending on the instant refund type you selected. You will still need to return your items within 30 days.

For returns of most items within 15 days of receipt of shipment, we will cover the shipping fee. Be sure you've described the defect, damage, or error and include that in the returned package. If the original packaging is still available, return the item in that packaging. To help avoid problems with the pickup, remove any previously used shipping labels that are still on the box.
If you're exchanging for a different item and the new item costs more, we'll charge you for the difference in price. We'll refund you the difference if the new item costs less.
