Warranty (14 days or less after purchase)

Return your defective laser, free of damage and in its original condition, with proof of purchase. If you purchased your Jetlasers products from dealers, you can return it to any dealer’s location. If you purchased Jetlasers products  at a Retail location, you must return it to the original purchase location.

If you bought your Jetlasers products through Jetlasers.org, please call us at 86-186-6017-1165 and ask for a RMA. We’ll immediately send you a RMA that you can return your laser to us at our expense.

Warranty (More than 14 days after purchase)

For returns of most items exceeding 14 days of receipt of shipment, items valued at over $200 must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service. If the order is valued at $500 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. For items below $200, we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service.

Note: If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to cover you under the warranty.

 

Provided the warranty hasn’t expired, there’s no charge for the repair if the defect is covered under the Manufacturer’s Warranty.

Contact our customer service and We’ll immediately send you a RMA but you will cover the shipping of return and the other way around.

Warranty accessory repair

For an accessory purchased through dealers or at Jetlasers.org, ff there’s no visible sign of misuse, the accessory will be replaced.

For an accessory that wasn’t purchased through dealers or at Jetlasers.org, Jetlasers is not responsible for repairs to these accessories.

Provided the warranty hasn’t expired, there’s no charge for a replacement if the defect is covered under the Manufacturer’s Warranty.

Note regarding accessories – Please read below for tips on what should be sent in if you are doing a repair, exchange or priority replacement exchange:

Repair or Replacement Exchange: Remove all accessories (including the battery, ac adapter and charger) and keep these items with you. If you do send them in, they might not be returned to you.

You can find a copy of the Manufacturer’s Warranty in your laser box. Here are some things that aren’t covered by the Manufacturer’s Warranty:

Common causes for moisture damage include:

  • Being dropped in water or on a wet car floor
  • Spilling liquid on the phone
  • Rain, fog or mist droplets
  • Leaving the phone on moist surfaces like countertops
  • Body perspiration, which can cause the main circuit board to rust
  • Water condensation caused by leaving the phone in the bathroom while taking a shower, or by leaving the phone in a vehicle overnight

Things you should know:

  • Problems caused by moisture may not occur immediately
  • Often corrosion will appear on the phone charging port
  • Only Reps at a Koodo Service Centre can open your phone to check for moisture damage.

Physical Damage
If your laser is damaged due to neglect or abuse, it won’t be covered by the Manufacturer’s Warranty.
